Subotage Records is an independent bass music label based in Basel, Switzerland, founded in 2011 by producers Schulzone and Zecher.
From day one, our focus has been on deep frequencies, uncompromising production, and true underground spirit.

We release Dubstep, Drum’n’Bass, Bass and Experimental sounds from artists around the world — always driven by authenticity, creativity, and a love for boundary-pushing sound design.
Our mission is to live and support bass culture, promote emerging talent, and provide a platform that stays independent, raw, and real.

Beyond releases, we also host events and showcases in and around Basel — spaces where bass, community, and creativity connect.
Subotage stands for a deep love of sound, a strong DIY mindset, and the energy that happens when music takes over the room.
